Booking Conditions
1. Bookings. Provisional bookings can be made by Tel; or e-mail, or filling the online booking form.The required deposit must be forwarded within 7 days ( 14 days if from abroad )
2. Deposit & Balance Payments. A deposit of £60. per person is required.nonreturnable. The balance of payment must be made in full no later than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.( this is refundable only if your choice is unavailable or we have to cancel your holiday. )If fees are not received by then, then we are under no obligatiopn to hold your reservation.

3.Cancellation. Cancellation can only be accepted in writing by whoever made the booking.Refunds are as following

| 42 to 30 days before | `75% of the balance returned |
| 30 to 15 days before | 50 % of the balance returned |
| 15 to 7 days before | 25 % of the balance returned |
No refund can be given for cancellation on the day of the holiday starts or whilst on a holiday.
Cancellation applies from the date Valley & Peak receive written notice of cancellation
4. The Walks. We reserve the right to change the guided walks or itineraries for safety reasons .
5.Insurance You are advised to take out personal holiday insurance for mountain walking, plus cover for illness, injuy, personal belongings, cancellation etc.
7. Safety Valley & Peak cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property or death or injuy whilst partaking in any organized event. All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure your safety and guests agree to abide by the decisions of the walk leader.Guests should advise the Leader if they suffer from any medical condition or are taking any medication which may affect their walking ability. You will be ask to sign a Risk & Consent Form.
